SITE WATER TREATMENT

The OSC DE201 water filtration system is designed to filter and purify water used in construction projects. The system is designed for a total flow per day of 65,000 liters.

The DE201 has the capacity to treat, on a continuous basis, water used in the construction and maintenance of concrete works. Water used in construction activities such as concrete cutting, water-demolition and cleaning must be treated for oil contamination and PH adjustments [alkalinity changes] etc.

  • PH treatment process uses the safe and environmentally friendly CO2 injection diffusion system.
  • Oil filtration and subsequent oil treatment system uses a combination of enzyme and oil separation / filtration processes to eliminate all oils from the water supply system.
  • Storage tanks, interconnect hoses, fittings, and manifold assemblies are provided to handle the continuous flow and treatment of the water.
  • A portable, trailer mounted, pump, intake grid filters and filtration systems for primary pump supply to the concrete treatment tools are included.
  • Electrical distribution, cables and silent generator are included to provide remote operation of all systems.
